Really Friday...

I only have 0.6 more pounds to go to reach my goal. I passed in the popcorn at the movies tonight.

Day 5

I took Dublin for a really long walk with my mom. Turkey tacos in honor of Cinco De Mayo. Healthy lunch and snack also.

Day 4

Today I went for a longer walk with Dublin. I also had a salad with dinner. I stopped when I was full at dinner. I also didn't stuff myself with pizza at lunch like everyone else did.

Today I ate a healthy snack with my students. I ate a healthy lunch and dinner. I also stopped eating when I was full instead of stuffing myself.

Reshaping it all Day 1

I have started the reshaping it all challenge based on the book by Candace Cameron Bure.


I have decided that everyday of this challenge I will do something to help my health. Today I had a sensible diner, had one small snack, and walked my dog.
